When you create an account, we use your email address, account identifier and player name. Supabase processes your authentication credentials. We store your quiz progress, scores, earned blessings and completed stages so you can continue your journey across devices.
Some versions also support province, team membership and tournament information. Existing game profiles, including player names, identifiers, progress, scores, province and team membership, can be publicly accessible through game services and may appear in leaderboards. Do not enter sensitive information in a player name. The first iOS release does not display public leaderboards, contests or store checkout.
Guest practice does not require an account. Its answers and score remain in the current app session and are not uploaded as account progress.
If you use Invite & Earn, we store your unique referral code, which account invited a new account, referral status, reward amount, wallet transactions and withdrawal history. A referral link click or QR scan does not create a reward. The invited person must create and verify a genuinely new account and open the app before a reward can be approved.
To reduce self-referrals, duplicate rewards and multiple-account abuse, the app creates a random installation token in secure storage. The server stores a one-way hash of this token with a qualifying referral. A repeated installation signal sends the referral for manual review. Administrators can review referral and wallet audit records.
When you request a manual payout, we store the payment method and payment instructions you enter, the requested amount, review status and any payment reference. This information is visible only to the requesting user and authorized administrators. Do not enter a bank password, card PIN, one-time password or other login credential.
Voice answering is optional; you can answer by tapping. With your permission, the device’s speech recognition service processes microphone audio and returns recognized words. Depending on your device and recognition provider, audio may be processed on the provider’s servers rather than exclusively on your device. The provider’s privacy practices apply.
The current app does not save voice transcripts or send them to OpenAI. Listening stops when you leave the quiz or the app goes into the background. You can revoke microphone and speech permissions in device settings.
Supabase supplies account authentication, database and hosting services. Account, quiz, referral, wallet and withdrawal information is used to operate the game, save progress, prevent abuse, administer manual payments and provide support. Network services receive connection information such as an IP address when processing requests.
Versions configured for Expo updates contact Expo’s update service to check for and download compatible application updates. Those requests include technical update information such as platform and runtime version. Development tools such as Expo Doctor are not in-app analytics services. We do not claim that the React Native runtime automatically collects anonymous analytics.
Service providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required.
Account and game records are retained while your account remains active. To request deletion, email zazikhetha@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject Bible Quiz Quest account deletion. Do not send your password. Support may verify ownership before processing the request.
The request covers your authentication account and associated profile, quiz progress, referral attribution, wallet and withdrawal data, and any team or tournament personal data, subject to any legal record-retention requirement that applies to completed payments. Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons should be explained when your request is processed. Backup copies may remain until the hosting provider’s backup retention period expires.
The iOS release includes an in-app permanent-deletion flow. Sign in, open Profile or the privacy screen, choose Delete account permanently, and confirm. The app reports success only after the deletion service confirms completion. If the request fails, retry or contact support; do not assume deletion has completed.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your server account. Session information uses operating-system secure storage; on iOS, Keychain items may persist after uninstall. Sign out to remove the app’s local session. Secure storage does not mean all app data is stored in Apple’s Secure Enclave.
The app connects to its backend using HTTPS and uses platform secure storage for session information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing login credentials. You can contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
The intended audience is people aged 13 and above. Where local law requires parental permission, obtain it before creating an account. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 13. Contact support if an under-13 account has been created.
We will update this page when the app or its data practices change. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
